Sarah has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed teacher training in 2022 and has since completed additional training in pre and post natal yoga as well being trained in baby and toddler yoga. Sarah has practiced many different styles of yoga, it was when she attended pregnancy yoga she truly learnt to slow down and listen to her body that she connected to yoga in a deeper way. Coming from a childcare background Sarah brings a sense of calm to her sessions and provides a nurturing environment for students to work with their own body and abilities. Sarah is available for one-one's and runs regular group sessions in South Ealing.
My baby daughter and I loved Sarah’s classes and the warm, welcoming atmosphere she creates. Her gentle yoga is a great tonic for post natal recovery and beyond. It was a bonus to get to know other mums and babies after class over tea and biccies too!
Sarah’s Monday morning classes are a wonderfully relaxing and energising treat. The garden studio in the middle of South Ealing is a beautiful setting for this class and is complemented by Sarah’s calm and attentive approach. She uses her knowledge of Hatha yoga to provide insightful tips and adapt exercises to individual needs. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating start to the week!
A great way to start the week! Relaxing but challenging routines which follow a theme but vary from week to week. Friendly classes in a beautiful setting
I really look forward to Sarah's class each Monday. It's such a calming start to the week. It is always a small class. The venue is idyllic. I've only been doing it over the autumn and winter and am looking forward to seeing the garden room in the summer. Sarah always has a focus for the term and then the session. I have already felt a huge improvement in my flexibility after doing a term and a bit. I always leave feeling re-centred and calm even after a frantic morning. Because it is a small class Sarah is able to keep an eye on how we are doing the postures- but she does this with a really light touch. No shaming if we can't do things. She will give alternatives for the moves which we can choose. We will often have the choice of using props to help us to get the postured right. It is always a friendly atmosphere and Sarah is really kind and approachable.
